individuals were presentt the Plaintiff and his attorney, Kathleen Carey Daley,
Bsqulre, the Defendant appeared without cQunsel.
3. The child has resided with the mother since his birth more than five ye.rs
ago. During the past year or so, however, the Mother bas been treated for a drug
IlprobleM and waa hospitalized for a month In late 1994 for that treatMent. She is
I;currently living with her Mother and the fatber is content to allow her to continue

4. The parties could agree on SOMe prOVisions of a schedule but could not agree
