within Petition, and upon finding that the plaintiff. Timothy J. Cramer, Sr., now residing at
Country Manor Estates, 168 Cedar Lane, Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, is in
Immediate and present danaer of abuse from the defendant, Patricia A, Cramer, the followlna
Temporary Order Is entered,
The defendant, Patricia A, Cramer, (SSN:577-86-9765)(Date of Birth: June 2~, 1967)
now residing at 126 Sylan Terrace. Harrisburg. Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Is hereby
enjoined from physically abusing the plaintiff, Timothy J. Cramer, Sr., or placing him in fear
of abuse I
The defendant is excluded from the plaintiffs residence located at Country Manor
Esllltes, 168 Cedar Lane, Carlisle. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. a residence which is
jointly owned by the parties" except for the limited purpose of transferring custody of the
parties' children, The defendant shall remain In her vehicle at all times during the transfer of
custody.
The defendant is ordered to refrain from having any direct or indirect contact with the
plaintiff Including, but not limited to, telephone and written communications, except for the
limited purpose of facilltaling custody arrangements,
The defendant Is enjoined from harassina and slalklna the plaintiff and from harasalna
the plaintiff's relatives, or the minor children.
The defendant is enjoined from enterina the plaintiff's place of employment/business or
ac:hool and the ac:hools and the day care facility of the mlllor children,
The defendant Is enjoined from removlna, damaalna, destroylnll or selllnll any property
owned jointly by the parties or owned solely by the plaintiff.

2, The defendant, Patricia A, Cramer, (SSN: 577.86.976~)(Date of Birth: June 25,
1967), Is an adult Individual residina at 127 Sylvan Terrace. Harrlsbura, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, 17104,
3 The defendant is the wife of the plaintiff and the mother of the parties' two
children.
4. Since approximately 1993, the defendant has attempted to cause and has
intentionally, knowlnaly, or recklessly caused bodily Injury to the plaintiff, and has placed the
plaintiff In reasonable feat of imminent serious bodily Injury, and has knowlnaly enaaaed In a
course of conduct or repeatedly committed acts toward the plaintiff, under circumstances which
placed the plaintiff In reasonable fear of bodily injury. This has included, but Is not limited to,
the followlna specific Instances of abuse:
a, On or aboutlanuary 14. 199~, the defendant punched the plaintiff in the
eye clI.uslna him to be knocked backward In his chair, and arabbed the telephone
whe.n he said he was aoina to call the police, the plaintiff arabbed the telephone
out of his hand, The plaintiff went to a nelahbor'~ home and telephoned the
Middlesex Township Police Department, The defendant was arrested and charaed
with simple aSlIlult, A hwlna before District Justice Day is scheduled for
Thursday, January 26, 1995, at 8:45 a,m, The plaintiff souaht medical and
dental treatment for injuries he sustained as a result of this incident lncludlna the
followlna: a swollen and bruised eye, and a chipped frontlOOth.
b. In or about the winter of 1993, the defendant punched the plaintiff In the
eye, The plaintiff sustained a bruised and swollen eye as a result of this incident.
c. Since approximately 1993, the defendant has abused the plaintiff in ways
Includina, but not limited to, pulling and tearing the plaintiff's shirt resulting in
erythema on his neck, and yelling In his face,
5, The plallltlff believes and therefore avers that he Is In immediate and present
dallaer of abuse from the defendant and that he is in need of protection from such abuse,
6. The plaintiff desires that the defendant be prohibited from having any direct or
Indirect contact with the plaintiff including. but not limited 10, telephone and written
communications, except for the limited purpose of facilitating custody arrangements,
7, The plaintiff desires that the defendant be enjoined from harassing and stalking
the plaintiff, and from harassing the plalntlfrs relatives, or the minor children.

employment, the schools and day care facility of the minor children.
