RELEASE OF MECHANICS ClAIM
HOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, the undersigned Contractors, Mechanics and
Material Men, intending to be legally bound hereby have remised, released and
waived, and by these present do, for ourselves, our heirs, successors and personal
representatives, remise, release and waive to and in favor of Max Marbain
heirs, successors and signs, hereinafter called Owner, our right under Act of
Assembly entitled, "The Mechanics Lien Act of 1963, as amended", to file or enter
on record any Mechanics Lien or Liens against all the certain house and tract of
ground now titled in the name of the Owner situate in South Middleton Township
,County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania on the South SIDE OF HIGHWAY
KNOWN AS and BEING Tract of ___acres OR__feet frontage by__feet deep OR
Lot No.n See Note #1 on the Plan of Greenfields Dated as recorded and made part
hereof by reference, for any and all work done upon and materials furnised for
dwelling house or other buildings or other improvements on said land by us in the
erection, building and completion thereof, or that may hereafter be done or
furnished on the same so that OWNER holds the said house and lot free and clear
of any present and future claims of any mechanics lien for any labor or materials
supplied or to be supplied by us in or towards any improvements to said lot. It
is the express intent of the parties to be legally bound hereby in accordance with
the provisions of the Mechanics Lien Act of 1963.
