ORDER
AND NOW, this tJ.l'li day of May, 1994, upon agreement of
the parties, and without any admission or acknowledgement of the
allegations of the Petition by Defendant, and without any
findings by the court, the following Protection Ordr.r is entered:
Defendant is enjoined from physically approaching,
abusing, or menacing Plaintiff.
Defendant is prohibited from harassing or contacting
Plaintiff for any purpose.
Defendant is excluded from Plaintiff's residence at
n.R. #1, Box 053, Fox Hollow Road, Shermansdale, Perry County,
Pennsylvania, and any residence ,~hich she may occupy while this
Order remains in effect. Defendant is prohibited from entering
or attempting to enter such premises or any other residence
Plaintiff may choose to es~ablish.
Defendant is prohibited from stalking Plaintiff as that
term is defined by the crimes COde, 18 Pa. C.S.A, 92709.
