(hereinafter called "CONTRAcrOR") and
EDWIN L. KEPPLEY and FREDA M. KEPPLEY, Husband and Wife
(hereinafter called "OWNER");
WHEREBY, Contmctor has agreed to complete construction of a house
providing all materials and labor for Owner upon the following lot or tmct of land of Owner:

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that it is hereby covenanted andiigreed by and

betwecn thc parties hereto that Contractor shall not file, nor will Contractor permit nor suffer
any subcontmctor, materialman, mechanic, or other pcrson or persons under or employed by
Contractor, to file, nor shall any subcontractor, materinlman, or any other person or persons file
nny mechanics or other lien or liens, claim or claims, for work done and materials furnished, or
either of them in or under the perfonnance of said agreem~nt between the parties for the
construction of the said improvements, against the ground or premises upon which Contractor is
about to construct said improvements or against any structure or propeny whatsoever covered by
said agreement between the parties hereto,
AND contrdctor hereby cenifies, covenants and agrees that no materials have been
furnished, nor any labor performed, nor any building operations started, under said agreement
between the parties hereto,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents have been executed under seal the day and year
first written above.
