by and between
SHELDON COHICK, 20 Long Lane, Newville, PA 17241
(herelnarter called "CONTRACroR") and
EDWIN L. KEPPLEY and FREDA M. KEPPLEY, Husband and Wife
(hereinnrter called "OWNER");
laying the block for
WHEREBY, Contractor has agreed to complete construction of / a house
providing nil matcrials and labor for Owner upon the following lot or tract of land of Owncr:

NOW TInS INDENTURE WlTNESSETIlthat it is hereby covennnted and ngreed by and
between the panies hereto that Contractor shall not file, nor will Contractor permit nor suffer
nny subcontractor, materinlman, mcchanic, or other person or persons undcr or employed by
Contractor, to file, nor shall any subcontractor, matcrinlman, or any other person or persons file
nny mechanics or other lien or licns, claim or claims, for work done and materinls furnished, or
either of them in or under the pcrformance of said agreement between the parties for the
construction of the said improvements, agninst the ground or premises upon which Contractor is
nbout to construct said improvements or against any structure or property whatsocvcr covered by
said agreement between the parties hereto.
AND contractor hereby certifies, covenants and agrees that no materials have been
furnished, nor any labor performed, nor any building opcrations started, under said ngreement
between the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents have been exccuted undcr scalthe day nnd ycnr
first written nbove.
