COMPLAINT
Plaintiff alleges the following cause of action against
Defendant.
1. Plaintiff is unitas National Bank, a banking institution,
of 501 Penn street, Huntingdon, pennsylvania 16652.
2. Defendant is Robert L. Arnold, a sui juris ad~lt, li~ing
and residing at 347 North Middlesex Road, Carlisle, pennsylvania
17013.
3. On May 4, 1993, Defendant individually and as President
of Carlisle Waterproofing, Inc., signed a Lease between JLI
Financial services and carlisle Waterproofing, Inc., for certain
equipment, a copy of which Lease is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. On May 4, 1993, Defendant signed a Guaranty between JLI
Financial Services and Carlisle waterproofing, Inc., a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
5. On May 4, 1993, Defendant assigned the Lease attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" to Plaintiff by Assignment of Lease, a copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "c".
4. Under the terms of the said lease, Defendant is in
default by virtue of his failure to make payments pursuant to the
said lease from and after February 25, 1994.
5. No judgment has been taken upon the said lease.
6. In spite of repeated demands, Defendant has failed and
continues to fail to pay upon the said lease.
7. As a result of the said default, Defendant is indebted to
Plaintiff in the amount of $10,588.50 and, in addition, by virtue
of the said lease, Plaintiff may charge Defendant a reasonable
attorney's fee of $1,588.27.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the
amount of $10,588.50, together with $1,588.27 attorney's fees for
a total of $12,176.77, together with costs of the action and
interest at the contract rate.
And they will ever pray, etc.
