2. Respondent Is olso on adult IndIvIdual presently residIng at 434 f
Carlisle Pike, Aportment B-5, Camp H111, Cumberlond County, Pennsylvonlo 17011.
3. The relationship between Respondent and Petltfoner Is thot of husband
and wife.

children: Timothy Thompson, oge 3 yeorsj ond, Potrlcla Thompson, age 7 months.
5. Respondent has engaged In obuslve conduct toward the Petitioner as

a. Respondent threatened to kill PeUtloner.
b. Respondent also stated In the presence of his mother ond his
sister, Deborah Barnhart, that he would k111 Petitfoner and k111 the

6. As a consequence of the above, PetItioner Is afraid or Respondent and
believes that she Is In Immediate and present danger or abuse, harassment and bodily
