The plaintiff' and the defendant were married on March 22, 1986 In Cumberland Count~, Pennsylvania, S, Two children were born of this marriage: Tiffany Lyn Nutter, born August 11. 1987; Stevie Niehole Nutter, born March 24, 1992, 6. Her "ow home will be In Martinsburg, Virginia, She knaw there Was a possibility thet she would be relocating, but did not share this Information with Father until she was definite about the relocation, About the time her plans became definite, she had received the pleadings and Order scheduling tha CUlltody Conciliation Conference, Mother's new husband Is stationed In Martinsburg, Virginia, He has a full-time civilian job on base and Is on active duty at this time through the Air Force Reserves, Mother reports the school district which serves the area to which she will be moving Is smaller than that which the chlldre" currently attend. She also reports that there are more acllvltles to do In tho area where her new home will be located, The commut$ time between Enola and Martinsburg 16 approximately one hour and twenty minutes. Therefore. she doefl not see any need to make ,ub,tantlal changes to tha custodial plan In order to effect the relocation, She offers to es,l,t with driving and would modify the weekend schedule to commence on Fridays at 6:00 p,m. and end on Sundays at 8:00 p.m, Mother acknowladgesthattha younger child Is concerned about keeping contact with her friends and being the "new kid" In school. 5. The partlee have not reached an agreement regarding Father's Pelltlon to Transfer Prlmery Physical Custody from the Mother to the Father as a result of her Impending relocation.
