after approval of the ftnanclna, the plaintiff and defendant aareed to perform IOme joint

other projecll, due to the effort beina made to support the defendant, resulted In .ubstantlal

8. Deaplte recelvlna approval for his financlna, the defendant breached his
contractual promllC to purchase the company.
9. Althouah the plaintiff wu later able to sell his company under similar terms,
he ellperlenccd damaaea In that he and his work crew were not adequately compenllled for
the time devoted to educ:alina, advlsina, and IIIlstlnathe defendant. The plaintiff wu
further damlaed by a 10.. of protlll on projects that could have been undertaken If not for
the .ffort be1na mad. 10 .upport the defendant.
10. The plaintiff needed to provide .Imllar education, advise, and wlstanc:e to the
ultimate purchaser of the compllllY.
II. The money received from the joint projects did not adequately compenllte th.
plaintiff for the support provided to the defendant or for the lOll of protlu for other work
that wu declined.
