This letter follows my conference and discussions with you
on March 6, 1996, You advised that the above stated property was
sold and that you would be preparing a proposed Schedule for
Distributing the proceeds from the sale,
Mrs, Linda Tappen of the Borough of New Cumberland, has
previouslY forwarded ail relevant information to you concerning
the sewer and trash judgments concerning the above-captioned
property. Kindly forward a copy of the Proposed Distribution to
me once such has been completed,
Finally, please stay the Writ of Execution which was previo-
usly by the Borough of New Cumberland on or about February 7,
1995. Once the Borough has received all sums due for the judg-
ments discussed above, we will file a Praecipe to mark the matter
settled and discontinued, We appreciate your assistance with
resolving these matters, Should you have any questions please
