BEGINNING at a nail in the center of the right-of-way of
Township Road T-573, commonly known as Appalachian Drive, said
point being at the corner of lands now or late of John F. and
Frances E. Freet; thence along the centerline of Township Road T-
573 South 75 degrees 29 minutes 19 seconds West, 50.00 feet to a
nail in said centerline; thence along the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 12 and 10 on said plan North 14 degrees 28 minutes 00
seconds West, 496.05 feet to an iron pin; thence along the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 12 and 10 on said plan South 79
degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds West, 362.78 feet to an iron pin;
thence along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 12 and 11 North
12 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West, 407.31 feet to an iron
