3. The property to be sold and which is affected by this Notice is all that certain tract of property situate
in the Township of Hampden. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. being known a.~ 681 St. Johns Drive. Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania. 17011. The property Is improved with a single family dwe\1lng house. A complete copy of the legal
description is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
4. The sale of the aforesaid property will be conducted by the Sheriff of Cumberland. County,
Pennsylvania. on September 6. 1995, at 10:00 a. m., in the Office of the Sheriff of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Cumberland County. Courthouse, Carlisle. Pennsylvania.
5. The terms of the proposed sale are as follows:
When the property is struck down. the successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the purchase price
with the Sheriff. On Friday, September 8. 1995. the remaining balance of the purchase price must be paid to the
Sheriff. The purcha.~er is also responsible for paying all realty transfer taxes and recording fees.
6. The amount of the principal obligation secured by the lien sought to be enforced is $132,273.02,
together with interest from January 19. 1995. In addition to the aforesaid amount, the Sheriffs costs of se\1lng the
property will also have to be paid at the time of the sale. these costs include. but ar not limited to, the costs of making
the levy. notifying and serving the defendants with the Writ of Execution, printing handbills. advertising the sale in
newspapers of general circulation, and in the County Law Journal. etc. A complete statement of the se\1lng expenses
may be obtained closer to the time of sale directly from the Sheriff of Cumberland County. Cumberland County

3. The property to be sold and whkh is affected by this Notice Is all that certain tract of property situate
in the Township of Hampden, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 681 SI. Johns Drive, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, 170 II. The property is Improved with a single family dwelling house. A complete copy of the legal
description is anached hereto and made a pan hereof by reference.
4. The sale of the aforesaid property will be conducted by the Sheriff of Cumberland, County,
Pennsylvania, on September 6,1995, at 10:00 a. m., in the Office o(the Sheriff of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Cumberland County, Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
5. The terms of the proposed sale are as follows:
When the property is struck down, the successful bidder will be required to deposit 109'0 of the purchase price
with the Sheriff. On Friday, September 8, 1995, the remaining balance of the purchase price must be paid to tl)e
Sheriff. The purchaser is also responsible for paying all realty transfer taxes and recording fees.
6. The amount of the principal obligation secured by the lien sought to be enforced is $132,273.02,
together with interest from January 19, 1995. In addition to the aforesaid amount, the Sheriffs costs of selling the
propeny will also have to be paid at the time of the sale, these costs include, but ar not limited to, the costs of making
