and is more specifically described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Newton
Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more fully bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the Southern dedicated
right of way of Pennsylvania Route 533 at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on the hereinafter mentioned
Subdivision Plan; THENCE along said dividing line South 57
degrees 35 minutes East 300.00 feet to an iron pin; THENCE
along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 4 and 10 on the
hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan South 32 degrees 25
minutes West 150.00 feet to a point; THENCE along the dividing
line between Lots Nos. 4 and 5 on the hereinafter mentioned
Subdivision Plan North 57 degrees 35 minutes West 300.00 feet
to a point on the Southern dedicated right of way line of
Pennsylvania Route 533; THENCE along said right of way line
North 32 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East 150.00 feet to an
iron pin, the place of beginning.
CONTAINING 1.033 acres and being improved with a single
family residence.
AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED as Lot No. 4 on the final
subdivision plan for North Newton Estates, prepared by Stanley
Jarmolenko, R.S., dated November 13, 1984 and recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 47, page 14.
HAVING erected thereon a one-story vinyl dwelling house.
BEING the same premises which Kimba, Inc., a Pennsylvania
corporation, by Deed dated June 20, 1988 and recorded June 21,
1988 in Deed Book K33, page 407 in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto Chau
M. Tran and Khang Thi Do, in fee.
4. The Name and address of each Defendant is: Chau M. Tran and
Khang Thi Do, 1010 Harriet Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
The Interest of each individual Defendant is as Mortgagor,
Real Owner, or both.

If any Defendant above-named is deceased, this action shall
proceed against the deceased Defendant's heirs, assigns,
successors, administrators, personal representatives and/or
executors through his/her estate.
5. The Mortgage is in default because the monthly installments of
principal and interest and other charges stated below, all as
authorized by the Mortgage, are due as of APRIL 1, 1993 and
have not been paid, and upon failure to make such payments
when due, the whole of the principal, together with charges
specifically itemized below are immediately due and payable.

7. Notice of Intention to Foreclose pursuant to 41 P.S. S 403 was
sent to each individual Mortgagor by certified and Regular
Mail. Copies of the Notice are attached as Exhibit "B".
8. Notice pursuant to the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage
Assistance Act of 1983, 35 P.S. S 1680.402c, ~ ~., was sent
to each individual Mortgagor by first-class mail. copies of
the Notice are attached hereto as Exhibit "C".

favor and against Defendant(s) for the sum stated in paragraph 6, plus

at R. D. 5 661 Shippensburg Road, Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania with a copy of Real Estate Writ, Notice Poster and
Description according to law.
Timothy Reitz, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according
to law, says on July 10, 1995 at 2100 o'clock P.M., E.D.S.T., he
served true copies of Real Estate Writ, Notice Poster and
Description in the above entitled action upon one of the within
named defendants, to witl Chau M. Tran by making known unto Khang
Thi Do Wife of Chau M. Tran at 109 E. Willow Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, its contents and at the same time
handing to her personally the said true and attested copies of the
same.

law, says that he served the above Real Estate Writ, Notice Poster
and description in the following manner 1 The Sheriff mailed one of
the within named defendants, to wit: Chau M. Tran a notice of the
pendency of the action by regular mail to his last known address
at 109 E. Willow Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. This letter
was mailed under the date of July 12, 1995 and was never returned
to the Sheriff's Office.

law, says that he served the above Real Estate Writ, Notice Poster
and Description in the following mannerl The Sheriff mailed one of
