and about said building or buildings or any part thereoC, or on credit thereoC, and tbat all sub-contl'llcton, material.

name, mark satisHed oC record at the cost and expense oC the Contractor or oC any Sub.Contractor or Materialman,
or Materialmen, any and all claims or claim, lien or liens, med by or Cor tbe Contl'llctor, or any Sub.Conlractor or
Materialman, or in bls or their name against said building or buildings, lot or loll oC ground or any part thereoC and
Cor such act or acll this shall be good and suCCiclent warrant and autbority, and a reCerence to tbe Court, Tern.

and quit.claim all righll and all manner oC errors, deCecu and imperCections whatsoever in entering sueb satisCaetion
