COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, Technical Services Associates,
Inc., by and through its counsel, SAlOIS, GUIDO, SHUFF & MASLAND
and avers the following:
1.
Plaintiff
Technical
services
Associates,
Inc.
(hereinafter "TSA") is a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its principal
place of business located at 2 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. Defendant Harron Communications Corp. (hereinafter
"Harron") is a corporation properly registered to do business in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a regular place of business
at 70 East Lancaster Avenue, Frazer, Pennsylvania.
3, TSA is in the business of developing, selling,
installing and servicing computer software.
4. During the latter part of 1993 into 1994 the parties
negotiated to have Plaintiff provide certain computer software

SHUFF & packages and services to Defendant.

Employees and/or officers of Defendant visited
Plaintiff's offices at 2 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania for purposeD of negotiating
and/or implementing the contract for the provision of said goods
and services by Plaintiff to Defendant.
6, On or about June 30, 1994 Defendant issued a purchase

order to Plaintiff for said goods and services,
A true and
correct copy of said purchase order is attached hereto as Exhibit
IIA'I.
7. The total agreed upon price for said goods and services
was $27,766.70,
8. Plaintiff delivered all of the goods and performed all
of the services listed in the purchase order attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
9. Despite repeated demands, Defendant has failed or
refused to pay for said goods and services,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment in its favor against
Defendant in the amount of $27,766.70 together with interest plus
costs of this action.
