WHEREAS, Contractor of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Owners of
Shippensburg, pennsylvania, for the home improvements to their home on
land situate as follows:

Cumberland county, pennsylvania bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Whitmer Road, at the
northeast corner of land now or formerly of Robert A. Carbaugh, thence
1) South 840 36' 15" West, 336.65 feet to an iron pin, thence
2) South 60 3' 45" east, 79.80 feet to a railroad spike on the
north side of Walnut Dale Road, thence
3) South 860 02' 25' west. 883.89 feet to an existing railroad
spike on the north side of Walnut Dale Road, thence
4) South 870 09' 00" west, 288.55 feet to a railroad spike,
thence
5) North 40 03' 00" west, 602.25 feet to an existing iron pin in
stones, thence
6) North 850 52' 00" east, 1,368.51 feet to a railroad spike in
Whitmer Road, thence
7) South 280 08' 00" east, 255.41 feet to an iron pin, thence
8) South 100 36' 00" east, 292.75 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
The foregoing is in accordance with a survey dated May 5, 1993
by Carl D. Bert, Professional Land Surveyor, and to be recorded herewith,
and which describes the foregoing as a tract of 19.861 acres.
Subject nevertheless to the modifications per the re-survey of
Eric L. Diffenbaugh dated September 10, 1993 and recorded in Cumberland
county Plan Book 67, Page 72, and specificallY excepting therefrom Lot
2 and Lot 3 on the Dif(enbaugh survey, being 1.8365 acres for Lot 2 and
2.000 acres for Lot 3, and as further are delineated and located on the
Diffenbaugh survey as by reference thereto will fully appear.
For title see Cumberland County Deed Book 36J, Page 782. Lot 2
as aforesaid was conveyed by 1nf'1.'tgagors to Harry II. Doyle, Jr. and Cindy
M. Doyle by drad dated IIpril 2~, 1994 and recorduu in Record Book 104,
Page 961. Lot 3 has been retained by mor.tgngors and is not part of the
within mortgaged property description,

NOW, at the time 01 and Immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authorny has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence wor1< on the
said blJllding, or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the making of the said contract wnh Owner
and the further consideration 01 ,to Contractor paid by Owner "Is agreed that no liens shall
be lIIed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or wor1<men
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said blJllding, the right to lIIe such liens being expressly waived.
