COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Marvin L. Kunkle, is an individual residing at 1420
Lawrence Court, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
2. The defendant, Robert Gordon, is an individual residing at 304 East
Louther Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3.
Explorer.
4. At or about 12:30 P,M. on the aforesaid date, the plaintiff was
operating the said Explorer on Route 641, Burgners Road, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,
On August 5, 1994, the plaintiff was the owner of a 1992 Ford
5. At the same time and place, the defendant was operating a 1979
Dodge in the opposite direction.
6, The defendant crossed the center line, and caused a collision.
7, The collision was caused by the negligence of the defendant in
crossing the center line.
8. As a result of the negligence of the defendant, the plaintiff
sustained $1,411.81 in damages to his said Ford Explorer, as is more fully set
forlil in the attached Exhibit "A",
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff claims of the defendant the sum of $1,411.81,
an amount requiring compulsory referral to arbitration under the local rules of
Court.
