WItEREAS, VICTORIA GLEN ASSOCIATES, of 4075 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with IrIAUBERT ItOMES, INC., of 15 Central
Boulevard, Camp Hill, PA 17011 for the construction of a dwelling located upon premises commonly known
as Lot 58 Fairwinds, Phase III, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the
Deed dated November 13, 1987, and recorded December 15, 1987, at Deed Book C, Volume 33, Page 304,
in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A"
which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, July ~ ! ,2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said
point being the northeastern comer of Lot No. 57; THENCE along said right-of-way line North 80 degrees
11 minutes 08 seconds East a distance orS0.00 feet to a point, said point being the northwestern corner of
Lot No. 59; THENCE along the western corner of said lot South 09 degrees 48 minutes 52 seconds East
a distance of 139.03 feet to a point, said point being the northeastern corner of Lot No. 48; THENCE along
the northern line of said lot South 82 degrees 08 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 80.05 feet to a point,
said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 57; THENCE along the eastern line of said lot North
09 degrees 48 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 136.30 feet to a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
