Plaintiff is Groff Tractor & Equipment, Inc. with its place of business at 64D9 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburq, PA. 2, Defendant is F.P. Kavanaqh (. Son, Inc. with its place of business at Routes 1 & 841, West Grove, PA. 3. Plaintiff is in the business of rentinq heavy equipment sales and 1easinq. 4. By invoices (evidenced by Exhibits "A"). on the dates and in the amounts set forth on Exhibit "A" (attached hereto), plaintiff, at defendant's request and order, sold to defendant certain merchandise as described by plaintiff's code numbers, and with said sales beinq subject to credits, if any. as appears on said Exhibit "A" statement of the account. 6. The merchandise sold by plaintiff to defendant was delivered by plaintiff to defendants in accordance with the contract (attached hereto as Exhibit "B"). 7. The total amount of said invoices is $12,349.30, which is due upon the plaintiff's demand and which plaintiff now does in fact demand payment therefor. 8. The prices charqed by plaintiff to defendant were the fair and reasonable prices charqed by plaintiff in its business at the times such merchandise was sold, and the amounts which defendant aqreed to pay. Kavanagh' Son, Inc. with its place of business at Routes 1 , 841, West Grove, PA. 3. Plaintiff is in the business of renting heavy equipment sales and leasing. 4. By invoices (evidenced by Exhibits "A"), on the dates and in the amounts set forth on Exhibit "A" (attached hereto), plaintiff, at defendant's request and order, sold to defendant certain merchandise as described by plaintiff's code numbers, and with said sales being subject to credits, if any, as appears on said Exhibit "A" statement of the account. 6. The merchandise sold by plaintiff to defendant was delivered by plaintiff to defendants in accordance with the contract (attached hereto as Exhibit "B"). 7. The total amount of said invoices is $12,349.30. which is due upon the plaintiff's demand and which plaintiff now does in fact demand payment therefor. 8. The prices charged by plaintiff to defendant were the fair and reasonable prices charged by plaintiff in its business at the times such merchandise was sold, and the amounts which defendant agreed to pay.
