at 559 Pershing Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Defendant, Wayne Levi Armstead, is an adult individual residing at
559 Pershing Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

The parties were married on October 9, 1991, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Plaintiff and Defendant have lived continuously in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania for at least six months prior to the commencement
of this action.

This action is not collusive.
