this Municipal Claim against Dene R. Leonard, Jr., Owner and all
that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned
by him and described as follows:

Parcel Number: 210
for sewer, water and trash services rendered from October 1, 1994
to December 31, 1994. Said services were rendered pursuant to
Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2
and IX, Part 1 as amended.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of
the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said
statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners'
account with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of
$726.59 for the above period was duly assessed against the above
Owners and premises beginning October 1, 1994 and for which
