Exhibit "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, appearing as Lot No. 2
on the survey of June 8, 1972 prepared by Noll B. Smith for
Priscilla A. Romberger and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book
23 Page 33 and being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the right of way of South Spring Garden
Street and the corner of Lot No. 3 of the aforementioned survey;
thence along the said Spring Garden Street North 20 degrees 00
minutes East 116.20 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. I of the
aforementioned Subdivision South 70 degrees 00 seconds East 150.00
feet to a point; thence along other lands of the Grantor South 20
degrees 00 seconds West 116.20 feet to a point; thence along Lot
No. 3 aforementioned Subdivision North 70 degrees 00 seconds West
150.00 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Jeffrey S. Smith, single man,
granted and conveyed to Jeffrey S. Smith and Barbara J. Wilke,
Single Persons.
