STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
TIns AGREEMENT made the ~1" day of JA.JUA.i!-'f . 1995, by and between
FARINELLI CONSTRUCTION,INC., of 1785 South Meadow Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pa,
17055. hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and ROBERT H. KEEI.ER and LUCnJE S,
KEELER, his wife, of 1441 Brandton Rd., Mechanicsburg, Pa" hereinafter referred to as OMler,
whereby the fonner undertook and agreed to erect and conslrUcl a single-family residential
dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in 1441 Brandlon Rd,
NOW TIlEREI'ORE, TInS AGREEMENT WITNESSETII: That the said Contractor,
for and in consideration oflhe sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to it in band paid by Owner, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement
aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanics's liens or claims shall be filed or mainlained by lIlem or any
of them against the said building and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of
any~ork done or materials furnished by IDem or any of them under said contract or olllerwise,
for, towards,in, or about the erection and construction ofthe said buildings on the lot above
of~ and lIle said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and olllers under them
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
againSt the said buildings or any or them and agree that this instrument, waving lIle right oflien,
shalltle an independent covenant.
