WHEREAS, Giant Food Stores, Inc.. of Middlesex Township, cumberland county,
Pennsylvania Is about to enter Into a contract with R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc. of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, for the Interior demolition of the former Path mark store upon a lot of land
situate at 700 Camp Hili Shopping Plaza, camp Hili Borough, Cumberland county,
pennsylvania.
NOW, February 20, 1995, at the time of and Immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Giant Food stores,
Inc., to the said R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc. to commence work on the said demolition for

the same In consideration of the making of the said contract with R. S. Mowery & sons,
Inc. and the further consideration of one Dollar to R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc. paid by Giant

Food stores, Inc., It Is agreed that no lien shall be flied against the building or propert.1
by the contractor, nor any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
nor any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the demolition of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
