Install electrical receptacles and install smoke detectors and emergency lighting, together with miscellaneous carpentry, plumbing and painting, within a portion of an existing one-story commercial/retail building ("Building") upon real estate situate In Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bouniled and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of U .S, Route II (Carlisle Pike), said point being referenced 1,200 feet West of the right-of-way line of St, Johns Church Road and at the eastern line of the property conveyed by Nelson Improvement and Development Corporation to E.I, DuPont DeNemours & Co.; thence North 03 degrees 05 minutes West along the eastern line of lands now or late of E.I. DuPont DeNemours & Co., 748.33 feet to a point at the low water mark of the Conodoguinet Creek; thence Nonh 77 ilegrees 38 minutes Eat along the aforementioned low water mark of the Conodoguinet Creek 387.76 feet to a point at other lanils of Laverne A.
