WHEREAS, ROBIN RICHARD REALTY ASSOCIATES, a Joint Venture, of P.O, BOl( 5967, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", has executed an Agreement with JACK BARTON
CONSTRUCTION,INC., a domestic corporation, with a place of business at 4401 Carlisle Pike, Suite J, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, herelnalier called "Contractor" to constructlinstall ilemlslng walls, construct slile
entry doors, construct one (I) unl-sex handicapped approved toilet facility, install ceiling panels, Install troffer light
fixtures, install electric heat pump with ceiling mounted defuser. Install electrical receptacles and install smoke detectors
and emergency lighting, together with miscellaneous carpentry, plumbing and painting, within a portion of an existing
one-story commercial/retail building ("Building") upon real estate situate In Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more particularly bouniled and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of U .S, Route II (Carlisle
Pike), said point being referenced 1,200 feet West of the right-of-way line of St, Johns
Church Road and at the eastern line of the property conveyed by Nelson Improvement
and Development Corporation to E.I, DuPont DeNemours & Co.; thence North 03
degrees 05 minutes West along the eastern line of lands now or late of E.I. DuPont
DeNemours & Co., 748.33 feet to a point at the low water mark of the Conodoguinet
Creek; thence Nonh 77 ilegrees 38 minutes Eat along the aforementioned low water
mark of the Conodoguinet Creek 387.76 feet to a point at other lanils of Laverne A.
Otto; thence South 03 degrees 05 minutes East by lands of Laverne A. Otto, a distance
of 810,88 feet to a puint on the northern right-of-way line of U,S. Route II, said last
mentioned point being 817.32 feet West of the right-of.way line of St. Johns Church
Road; thence South 86 degrees 55 minutes West along the aforementioned right-of-way
line of U.S. Route 11 a ilistance of 382.68 feet to a puint, the place uf BEGINNING.
