A copy of said Mortgage Is set forth in Exhibit "B" allached hereto and made a part hereof by refercnce. 7, The Mortgagee, National First Corp, of Pa" assigned the Mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Pillsburgh, by an Assignment dated August 3, 1988, and recorded In Cumberland County Mlsc, Book ,\ 444, Page 236. 8. The Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver for First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Pittsburgh assigned the Mortgage to Pillsburgh National Bank, by an Assignment dated July 30, 1992, and recorded in Cumberland County Misc. Book 444, Page 236. 9. The said Pittsburgh National Bank Is now known as PNC Bank, National Association, the Plaintiff herein. 10, The Defendant Mortgagors, Kenneth C. Smeltz and Annelle M, Smeltz, are In default on the Mortgage In 'hat they failed to make monthly payments as required from and aftcr September I, 1994, 11. The Defendants are the present real owncrs of the land. 12.
