WHEREAS, ROBIN RICHARD REALTY ASSOCIATES, a Joint Venture, of P.O. Box 5967, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter ealled "Owner", has executed an Agreement with D & T MECHANICALS
AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC" a Pennsylvania corporation, with a place of business at 2218
Susquehanna Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor" to complete/install the heating,
ventilating and air conditioning system ("HV AC system") within a portion of an existing one-story commercial/retail
building ("Building") upon real estate situate In Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and descrihed as foilows:

BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of U,S. Route II (Carlisle
Pike), said point being referenced 1,200 feet West of the right-of-way i1ne of St, Johns
Church Road and at the eastern line of the property conveyed by Nelson Improvement
and Development Corporation to E,I. DuPont DeNemours & Co,; lhence North 03
degrees 05 minutes West along the ealtern line of lands now or late of E,I. DoPont
DeNemours & Co" 748,33 feet to a point atlhe low water mark of the Conodoguinet
Creek; thence North 77 degrees 38 minutes Eat along the aforementioned low water
mark of the Conodoguinet Creek 387,76 feet to a point at other lands of Laverne A,
OliO; thence South 03 degrees 05 minutes East by lands of Laverne A, OliO, a distance
of 810.88 feet to a point on lhe nonhern right-of-way line of U,S, Route II, said last
mentioned point being 817,32 feet West of lhe right-of-way line of St, Johns Church
Road; thence Soulh 86 degrees 55 minutes West along the aforementioned right-of-way
line of U,S, Route II a distance of 382,68 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING,
HAVING thereon erected a one-story oflice building being known as 4713 Carlisle
Pike, Mechanlcsburg, PA 17055, and containing 6,84 acres, more or less,
