JURY TRIAL DEMANDED
COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Sarah E. williammee, is an adult
individual, residing at R.D. 5, Box 46, Wellsboro, Tioga County,
pennsylvania 16901.
2. The Defendant, Robert P. Matsko, Jr., is an adult
individual residing at 16 Dickens Drive, Marysville, Perry
county, Pennsylvania 17053.
3. On or about August 16, 1993, at approximately 9:15
p.m., the plaintiff, Sarah E. Williammee, was operating a 1983
Chevrolet Van in a southerly direction on state Routes 11 and 15
in the south bound lane in East Pennsboro, cumberland county,
Pennsylvania.
4. At the time and place aforesaid, the Defendant,
Robert P. Matsko, Jr., was operating a 1988 Chevrolet Blazer.
His vehicle was stopped in the driveway of Summerdale Plaza
waiting to make a left turn onto State Routes 11 and 15 to
travel north.
5. At the same time and place, the Defendant, Robert

P. Matsko, Jr., made a left turn immediately into the path of
the plaintiff, Sarah E. williammee, striking her vehicle and
causing her to hit a telephone pole.
6. Solely as a result of the aforesaid collision, the
Plaintiff, Sarah E. Williammee, sustained injuries which include
but are not limited to the following:

a. left shoulder painl
b. left arm painl
c. pain under her left breast;
d. left scapular pain;
e. rib painl
f. back painl and,
g. left foot pain.

7. The aforesaid injuries to the Plaintiff, Sarah E.
Williammee, were the direct and proximate result of the sole
negligence, recklessness and carelessness of the Defendant,
Robert P. Matsko, Jr., in that:
a. Defendant, Robert P. Matsko, Jr., failed to
properly negotiate a left turn;
b. Defendant, Robert P. Matsko, Jr., failed to
yield the right of way to vehicles approaching from the opposite
direction;
c. Defendant, Robert P. Matsko, Jr., failed to

operate his vehicle properly in that he failed to keep an
assured clear distance ahead, in violation of 75 P.S. S 3361;
11. As a further result of the Defendant's neqliqence,
carelessness and recklessness, the plaintiff, sarah E.
williammee, has suffered pain, mental anquish and humiliation,
and a loss of the pleasure of life, all of which she may
continue to suffer for an indefinite period of time in the
future.
12. As a further result of the Defendant's neqliqence,
carelessness and recklessness, the plaintiff, sarah E.
Williammee, has suffered a loss of earninqs and a loss of
earninq capacity.
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff, sarah E. Williammee, demands
judqment aqainst the Defendant, Robert P. Matsko, Jr., in an
amount in excess of $10,000.00, toqether with interest and
costs.
