The terms of sale to which defendant agreed were, and the invoices forwarded to defendants by the plaintitT provided that, payment was to be made by defendants to plaintitT within thirty (30) days and that service charges at the rate of2% per month would be charged on the unpaid balance after thirty (30) days. A copy of plaintitl's credit application form, executed by both parties' representatives, is incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit "B", 6. There remains a balance due of$4,923.34, plus service charges of2% per month on the unpaid balance from January 15, 1995 until the date of full payment. 7. The plaintitThas made numerous requests of the defendant to pay the balance due, but defendant has refused and neglected to pay the same or any part thereof and continue so to refuse.
