JUDGMENT NOTE

Februarv 8. 1995
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, upon demand by GUDLAUG B. OLAFSSON, or by
her personal representative, I promise to pay in full, in part, or
by installments, to the order of GUDLAUG B. OLAFSSON, of 3604
Golfview Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA, the sum of One Hundred Sixty-
five Thousand and 00/100 ($165,000.00) Dollars, plus interest,
without offset. The interest shall be calculated at the prime rate
of I'rIC Dank, U.A., calculated from I,:ay 1, 1995, until the. date of
payment.
On non-payment of any installment when due, any installments
shall, at the option of the holder and without notice, become
immediately due and payable. If this note is placed in the hands
of an attorney for collection, I agree to pay a reasonable
attorney's fee, ten (10%) percent of the amount due and owing on
this defaulted note. To secure payment of this note, I hereby
authorize, irrevocably, the prothonotary, Clerk of Court, or any
Attorney of any Court of Record to appear for me in such Court, at
any time (before or) after maturity and confess a judgment against
me in favor of any holder of this note with (or without) the filing
of an Averment of Default, with release of errors, ~Iithout stay of
execution, and for such amount as may appear to be unpaid thereon,
together with charges, attorney's fees and costs as herein
provided, and I hereby waive and release all benefit and relief
from any and all appraisement, stay, or exemption laws of any
State, now in force or hereafter to be passed.
