in the cumberland county Recorder's Office in Plan Book 66, at page 35.
IT BEING the same premises which Jack C. Beitzel and Carol A. Beitzel, his wifer
and Jacob L. Lammeree and Marcella A. Lammeree, his wife, by their POA, Jack C.
Beitzel, by deed of July 22, 1994, and recorded in Cumberland County Records in
Deed Book 109, at page 311, granted and conveyed unto Earl E. Frady Jr., and
Michelle Y. Frady, his wife, the Mortgagors herein.
