COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Slocomb Industries, Inc., Is a corporation maintaining an office
and place of business located at 900 E. 30th Street, Wilmington, Delaware.
2. Defendant, Shlela R. Asln, Is an adult individual who resides at 406
David Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. On various dates Plaintiff sold and tendered to Teddy's American Sldlng-
Windows-Kitchens and Additions, Inc. various goods and merchandise for which there
Is presently due and owing the sum of $B,575.05. A true and correct copy of
Plaintiff's Statement of Account pertaining to Teddy's American Sldlng-Wlndows-
Kitchens and Additions, Inc. Is attached hereto and Incorporated herein as Exhibit "A".
4. In order to induce the Plaintiff to sell goods and merchandise to Teddy's
American Sldlng-Wlndows-Kltchens & Additions, Inc. on open account, the Defendant,
Shiel a R. Asln executed a Guarantee whereby she personally obligated herself to pay
any and all sums due and owing to Plaintiff for goods and merchandise sold to
Teddy's American Sldlng-Wlndows-Kltchens & Additions, Inc. A true and correct of
the Guarantee Is attached hereto and Incorporated herein as Exhibit "B".
5. Teddy's American Sldlng-Wlndows-Kltchens & Additions, Inc. has
defaulted, failed and refused to pay the sum of $8,575.05, which remains due and
owing to the Plaintiff.
6. Although due demand has been made upon Shlela R. Asln to tender
payment In accordance with the terms of the Personal Guarantee, she has failed and
refused to tender paymentr and therefore, the sum of $8r575.05 Is Justly due and
owing to Plaintiff by Defendant, pius Interest from June 10, 1994.
7. Additionally, pursuant to the terms of the Personal Guarantee attached
hereto as Exhibit "B", the Defendant Is obligated to pay Plaintiff's attorneys fees in
the amount of 1 0% of the outstanding obllgationr to wit, $856.50.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant In the amount
of $9,431.55, plus Interest from June 10,1994 and the costs of suit.
