COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company
("Dauphin Deposit"), is a Pennsylvania Corporation licensed under
the banking laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with an office
located at 3607 Derry street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Curtis L. McKeithan, is an individual and
was last known to reside at 1840 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg,
PA 17201.
3. In connection with a car loan for the purpose of
financing the purchase of a 1989 Chevrolet Blazer, Defendant
executed a "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract"
("Contract") in favor of Dauphin Deposit (Exhibit "A").
4. Pursuant to Exhibit "A" Defendant agreed to make payments
in monthly installments of $325.96 to Dauphin Deposit for a term of
60 months payable on the 11th of each month.
5. The Contract was executed by Defendant at Family Ford-
Mercury, Inc. at 170 York Road, Carlisle, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania.
6. The Defendant has defaulted under the terms and
conditions of said agreement, in that he failed to make sufficient
and consistent payments in accordance with the terms.
7. Defendant was given notice that the car was sold at a
pUblic sale by Dauphin Deposit on April 2, 1992. (The Notice of
Sale is attached hereto as Exhibit "B").
8 . Total proceeds generated by the public sale were
$10,750.00. Costs of sale were $275.00. The net amount applied to
the principal owed on the Defendant's account was $10,475.00.
9. Demand of Defendant has been made by Dauphin Deposit and
Dauphin Deposit's counsel for the principal balance of $3,579.08,
plus accrued interest.
VERIFICATION

I have given to counsel and they are true and correct to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief,
