1. The names of the claimants are Michael T. Stewart and
Thomas Stewart, trading and doing business as At Your Service
Contractors. They file as contractor.
2. The name and address of the owners or reputed owners are:

3. Date of completion of the claimants' work was December
15, 1994.
4. Claimants performed labor and supplied materials for the
construction of a residential dwelling for owners pursuant to a
contract, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein by reference.
5. The sum claimed to be due is $4,860.52.
6. The tract of land with the improvements thereon erected
which is subject to the within lien is that tract of land known and
numbered as 244 Richland Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013.

We hereby agree to;provide
an Apex Custom ~wo-Story House, 28' x 50', erected on a cement block basement.
Including:
plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, York Heat Pump, 4 1/2' x SO' flat front porch witl
4 aluminum fluted columns, fireplace foundation, garage foundation and floor, outside
basement step foundation, electronic air cleaner, ship loose 7 square of vinyl siding,
excavation, driveway stone, well, and septic system.
SPECI~I~IONS: See attached sheet.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above w~rk to be performed in
accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in
a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of Dollars $111,967.00. Allowance for
excavation, $5,200.00. Allowance for well, $3,000.00. Allowance for septic system,
$3,500.00. Allowance for driveway stone, $1,700.00.
with payments to be made as follows: Downpayment $9,300.00. At completion of basement
walls, $22,393.00. At set of house, $72,778.00. At:~ompletion of house, $7,496.00.

The above prices, specifications, conditions and provisions of the agreement are
satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to provide the house as
specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
