Date of completion of the claimants' work was December 15, 1994. 4. Claimants performed labor and supplied materials for the construction of a residential dwelling for owners pursuant to a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. 5. The sum claimed to be due is $4,860.52. 6. The tract of land with the improvements thereon erected which is subject to the within lien is that tract of land known and numbered as 244 Richland Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013.
