ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel Of land situate in Middlesex Township,
CUmberland County, PennsYlvania, and shown as Lot No. 1 in the
Redwood Hill Subdivision Plan dated January 12, 1988 and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in
Miscellaneous Book 55, at Page 128, more fUlly bounded and
described as fOllows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point a distance of twentY-five and six one-
hundredths (25.06) feet north fifty-one (51) degrees, twenty-two
(22) minutes, fifty-eight (58) seconds east of the center line of
Hickory town Road (TR - 512) being the northwest corner of lot
no. 1 on the preliminary sUbdivision Plan for Redwood Hillsl
thence, north fiftY-one (51) degrees, twenty-two (22) minutes,
fifty-eight (58) seconds east, a distance of two hundred twenty_
seVen and fifty-three one-hundredths (227.53) feet along lands
now or formerly of PaUl Nailor to a point; thence south thirty_
seVen (37) degrees, forty-nine (49) minutes, fortY-six (46)
seconds east, a distance of one hundred seVenty and twenty one-
