Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
DBGINNING at a point on the southern dedicated right-of-way line
of Lexington Avenue, said point being on the dividing line
between Lot Nos. 4-6 and '1-7 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of
Lots; thence along said dividing line, South JJ degrees 29
minutes 00 seconds Bast, one hundred sixty-nine and fifty-four
one-hundredths (169.54) feet to a point; thence South 56 degrees
19 minutes 00 seconds West, ninety-five and zero one-hundredths
(95.00) feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 4-6
and 4-5 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along
said dividing line, North JJ degrees' 29 minutes 00 seconds West,
one hundred sixty-nine and eighty-seven one-hundredths (169,87)
feet to a point on the southern dedicated right-or-way line of
Lexington Avenue; thence along same, North 56 degrees n minutes
