The Defendant is an adult individual residing at J 70 Red Rank Road, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17013.

The Defendant and Plaintiff have resided in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at
least six months previous to the filing of this action in divorce.

The Defendant and Plaintiff were married on or about June 26, 1976 in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.

There were two children born to this marriage: Jason Lee Cramer, born June 18, 1979;
Kami May Cramer, born May 9, 1984.

Plaintiff avers as the grounds upon which the Action in Divorce is based is that the
marriage of the panies is irretrievably broken.
