WI~EREAS, ROGER A. WEBER AND MARGUERITE M. CULVER, of 1LR. #3 Box
58, Montrose, PA 18801, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with S & A
CUSTOM BUILT HOMES, INC., for construction of a one-family house on premises of Owner
located in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more commonly referred
to as 8 Meadowood Place, Boiling Springs, PA.
NOW, ~4( 7/~C~ ,2002, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said ROGER A.
WEBER AND MARGUERITE M. CULVER to the said S & A CUSTOM BUILT HOMES,
INC., to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with S & A CUSTOM BUILT HOMES, INC., and the further
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to S & A CUSTOM BUILT HOMES, INC., paid by ROGER
A. WEBER AND MARGUERITE M. CULVER, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
