The violation occurred on the above date between the above times when the Defendant made repeated harassing and annoying phone calls without intent of legitimate communication at Victims place of employment at Square D Company, 201 Cumberland Parkway, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County. (2) PROBABLE CAUSE: on February 17, 1995 Victim did contact this department and advised that she had received numerous harassing and annoying phone calls from Defendant at her place of employment. On this date Victim told Defendant not to call her anymore and Defendant continued to call Victim. Writeen statements were obtained from Victim and Kenneth C. Landis, an employee of Square D Company who was involved in answering phone calls from the Accused.
