Mechanic's Claim ..
ServlceMaster of Greater Harrisburg files this lien against Rillo' s Restaurant, and
against the building hereinafter described and the curtilage thereto for the payment of a debt
- due to Claimant as contractor in the provision of labor and materials provided to and for the
benefit of the Owner for improvements made to the building and real estate, and makes the
following statement of demand:
1. The name of the Claimant is ServiceMaster of Greater Harrisburg (hereinafter
"ServiceMaster"), a Pennsylvania Corporation, with its principal place of business located at
5879 Avis Lane, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

2a. The property against which this lien is claimed is known as Rillo's Restaurant,
a Pennsylvania business, located at 50 Pine Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
b. Claimant believes and therefore avers that Magdalene Rillo and Joseph Rillo
are the owners of Rillo's Restaurant. and that Magdalene Rillo and Joseph Rillo conduct
business and can be found at Rillo's Restaurant.
3. The Claimant cOnlracted with the RiIlo's Restaurant for the provision of
various materials used in the restoration at the Owners real property located at 50 Pine Street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. A copy of the Authorization to proceed with
such work is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
4. The labor and materials hereinafter referred to were furnished pursuant to a
request made by representatives of Rillo' s Restaurant. which requests were made at various
times during January and February 1995. wherein the Claimant agreed to provide certain
materials and services. A copy of the invoices issued by the Claimant to the contractor are
attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
5. The nature and kind of materials provided by the Claimant were various
materials used for cleaning and restoration at the real property known as Rillo's Restaurant,
located at 50 Pine Street. Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
