When the ground for divorce is indignities or irretrievable breakdown of the marriage,
you may request marriage counseling. A list of marriage counselors is available in the
office of the Prothonotary at the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013.

8. PlaintilThas been advised of the availability of marriage counseling and that he
may have the right to request the Court to require the parties to participate in such
counseling. Being so advised, PlaintilT does not request that the Court require the parties
to participate in counseling prior to a divorce decree being handed down by the Court.
COUNT I - DIVORCE
9. The PlaintilTavers that the grounds on which the action is based are as follows:
(a) That Defendant has olTered such indignities to the PlaintilT, the injured
and innocent spouse, so as to make Plaintiffs condition burdensome and life intolerable;
(b) The marriage is irretrievably broken.
WHEREFORE, PlaintilTrequests the Court to enter a Decree of Divorce.

10. During the course of the marriage, the parties have acquired numerous items of
property, which are held in joint names or in the individual names of each of the parties hereto.
WHEREFORE, Defendant requests this Honorable Court, after requiring full disclosure by
the Plaintiff, to equitably divide the property owned by the parties hereto as marital property.
COUNT II - ALIMONY
11. Defendant lacks sufficient property to provide for her reasonable needs in accordance
