EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 31, as shown on a
plan entitled Pinehurst, Final subdivision Plan, phase II, dated
February 5, 1993, and recorded July 27, 1993, at Plan Book 66, Page
90, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin lying in an easterly right of way of
Mountain Pine Drive (50' right of way) and being a westerly corner
of Lot No. 32; thence along Lot No. 32, S 57040' 56" E, 238.16 feet
to an iron pin, being a southerly corner of Lot No. 32 and being a
westerly corner of Lot No. 40; thence along Lot No. 40, S 200 01'
16" W, 188.59 feet to an iron pin; thence N 490 17' 15" W, 307.82
feet to an iron pin, lying in an easterly right of way of Mountain
Pine Drive; thence along the Mountain pine Drive right of way,
along a curve to the left, having a chord bearing of N 420 58' 06"
E, a chord distance of 141.77 feet, a radius of 325.00 feet, an arc
distance of 142.91 feet to an iron pin, being the place of
BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.98 acre.
