WHEREAS, Todd R. Cudnohufsky and Kelly L. Cudnohufsky,
of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania ("Owners"), are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Devil Daug Builder.s &
Developers, Inc. tla Four Seasons Homes, of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania ("Contractor"), for general construction work in
connection with the construction of a dwelling house and other
improvements ("Improvements") upon a lot of land situate on
Golfview Road, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
as more fully set forth in the legal description attached and
marked Exhibit A (the

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Golfview
Road at the southwest corner of Lot #187; thence along said right-
of-way line by a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of
1000.00 feet and an arc distance of 7.43 feet to a point; thence
along the same N8l-03-28W 53.27 feet to a point; thence along the
same by a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 35.00
feet and an arc distance of 44.55 feet to a point being the
intersection of the northern right-of-way line of Golfview Road and
the eastern right-of-way line of Orr's Bridge Road; thence along
the eastern right-of-way line of Orr's Bridge Road N08-07-31W 81.02
feet to a point; thence along the same by a curve to the left, said
curve having a radius of 915.00 feet and an arc distance of 21.47
feet to a point being the southwest corner of Lot #107; thence
along Lot #107 N80-31-51E 116.50 feet to a point being the
northwest corner of Lot #187; thence along Lot #187 S03-56-30W
160.00 feet to a point, being the place of BEGINNING.
Containing 14,235 square feet.
Being Lot #188 on a Final Plan of Hampden Square Section I Phase II
recorded in Plan Book 52, Page 52.
BEING the same premises which South Central Service Corporation, a
Pennsylvania Corporation, Chester J. Acker and Helen M. Acker, his
wife, and Hampden Square Limited Partnership, by their deed dated
July 11, 1986 and recorded July 15, 1986 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Deed Book A, Vol. 32,
Page 456, granted and conveyed to Alex DiSanto and Dona Disanto,
his wife.
