Cudnohufsky and Kelly L. Cudnohufsky, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania ("Owners"), are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Devil Daug Builder.s & Developers, Inc. tla Four Seasons Homes, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania ("Contractor"), for general construction work in connection with the construction of a dwelling house and other improvements ("Improvements") upon a lot of land situate on Golfview Road, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully set forth in the legal description attached and marked Exhibit A (the NOW, this ;;1./ "Property"). day of ~ , 1995, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the Property or Improvements, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owners and the further consideration of One DOllar, to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien " < ... shall be filed against the Property or Improvements by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction of the Improvements on the Property, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
