AND NOW, comes the Plainliff, James Twigg tla Stough's Mohile Home Park, by and through its undersigned
auorneys, Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner, in support of their Complaint tor Confession of Judgment for Money
Damages avers as tiJllows:
I. The Plaintilf, James Twigg is the owner of Stough's Mobile Home Park, an entity doing business in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania having an office or principal place of business located at 64A Detroit Avenue,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. The Defendants, Richard A. Lyler and Katrina B. Lyter are married adult individuals currently residing
at 261 Ridge Hill Road, Apt. 2, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17055-178~,
3. On or about June 10, 1986, the Plaintiff leased the premises in SlOugh's Mobile Home Park at 135
Castle Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to the Defendants under a Mobile Home Site Lease
Agreement. a true and correct copy of which is auached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and marked as
Exhibit "A".
4. Said Lease Agreement has not been assigned hy the Plaintiff. TIle Lease Agreement requires the
Defendants to pay unto Plaintiff a monthly rental or S150.oo per month. which was increased to S245.oo per month
effective January I, 1994, payahle in advance on the tirst day of eilch month.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, James Twigg t/a Stough's Mohile Home Park, demands judgment against the
Defendants, Richard A, Lyter and Katrina B. Lyter, in the total amount of $6,054.75, as authol'ized in the Warrant
of Allorney In the Lease Agreement.
