STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Timothy W. Potts and Jill L. Miller, husband and
wife, presently of 3028 Hoffman street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, are
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with JERRY
NYE, with place of business at 2350 stoney Creek Road, Dauphin, PA
17018, for the erection of a single-family home upon ALL THAT
CERTAIN TRACT of land situate in the Township of Dickinson, County
of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a steel pin set on the southern side of Har-John
Drive, a fifty (50) foot wide private right-of-way, said pin
marking the common point of adjoiner of Lots #28 and #29 on the
hereinafter mentioned plan of SUbdivision; thence extending along
Lot #28, South seventeen (17) degrees thirty-seven (37) minutes ten
(10) seconds East, for a distance of one thousand fifty-six and
eighty-six hundredths (1,056.86) feet to a steel pin at lands now
or formerly of Leroy E. Thumma; thence extending along lands now or
formerly of Leroy E. Thumma, North eighty-seven (87) degrees fifty-
nine (59) minutes twenty (20) seconds West, for a distance of five
hundred ninety-seven and ninety-three hundredths (597.93) feet to
a steel pin at Lot #30 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of
SUbdivision; thence extending along Lot #30, North six (6) degrees
twenty-six (26) minutes fifty-five (55) seconds West, for a
distance of eight hundred sixty-four and ninety-six hundredths
(864.96) feet to a steel pin located at the southern edge of Har-
John Drive; thence extending in and along the southern edge of Har-
John Drive, North seventy-one (71) degrees eighteen (18) minutes
thirty (30) seconds East, for a distance of three hundred ninety-
five and sixty-eight hundredths (395.68) feet to a steel pin along
said roadway at Lot #28, said pin marking the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 10.671 acres, and being designated as Lot #29 on a
final plan of subdivision of Mooredale Manor, prepared by Rodney
Lee Decker & Associates, dated March 11, 1993, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Plan Book 67, at page 91.
