Improvemenls ur purchase of materialtilr the same; and
WIIEREAS, no wurk has cummenced un the Property and no hlhur ur materials have heen delivered to the
Property ur turnlshed tilr the Improvemenls hy Contractur ur any suhcuntractnr ur materialman,
