EXHIBIT "A"
ALL that certain lot or tract of land situate in the Township of
Upper Allen, County of Cumberland, Con~onwealth of Pennsylvania,
known and numbered as Lot No. 164 on a plan for Bowmans Hill
dated March 29, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds, in and for Cumberland County in Subdivision Plan Book
65, Page 139, more fully bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western side of a (50) foot right of
way known as Hilltop Circle and the Southeast corner of Lot 163;
thence South (76) degrees (24) minutes (58) seconds West a
distance of One Hundred Twelve and sixty-eight one-hundredths
(112.68) feet to a point being t~e Southwest corner of Lot 163;
thence South (18) degrees (31) minutes (10) minutes East a
distance of aile hundred eighteen and eighty-one one-hundredths
(118.81) feet to a point being the Northwest corner of Lot 165;
thence North (49) degrees (32) minutes (25) seconds East, a
distance of one hundred twenty-three and zero one-hundredths
(123.00) feet to a point; thence along the West side of Hilltop
Circle by a curve to the right, the radius of which is fifty and
zero one-hundredths (50.00) feet, a chord bearing of North (28)
degrees (27) minutes (15) seconds West, and an arc distance of
twenty and ninety-five one-hundredths (20.95) feet to a point;
thence North (16) degrees (26) minutes (55) seconds West, a
distance of thirty-three and ninety-six one-hundredths (33.96)
feet to a point; thence continuing along a point to the right,
the radius of which is one hundred seventy-five and zero one-
hundredths (175.00) feet, a chord bearing of North (15) degrees
(59) seconds West, and an arc distance of eight and seventy-five
one-hundredths (8.75) feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
