1. Plaintiffs are ~arry Newhart and Elaine S. Newhart, adult
individuals, husband and wife, residing at 1049 Huffman Place,
Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17601.
2. Defendants are Jamell E. Enders and Jo Ellen Enders, adult
individuals, husband and wife, residing at 3005 Lincoln Street,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
3. Plaintiffs are the owners of a certain tract of land with
improvements thereon erected known as 3005 Lincoln Street, camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011. Plaintiffs' Abstract
of Title is attached hereto, luade a part hereof and designated
Exhibit A.
4. Defendants have been in possession of the foregoing premises,
pursuant to a writtell Lease dated September 13, 1994, a copy of
which is attached hereto, made a part hereof and designated as
