AND NOW comes the Petitioner, Lee Christian Biese, by his own
motion, and respectfully represents as follows in support of these
Appeals:
1. Petitioner received four letters from the Department of
Transportation (attached) which contain notices of revocation of
his operating privileges. Two of the letters are dated 3/2/95 and
two of the letters are dated 3/7/95.
2. The first letter states that Petitioner's license will be
suspended effective 10/28/96 for a period of five years pursuant to
section 15420 of the Vehicle Code.
3. Petitioner has not had three major violations within a
five-year period, thus Section 1542 does not apply.
4. Petitioner believes his official driving record contains
inaccurate information as to appropriate dates and lengths of
suspension.
5. The inaccuracy of Petitioner's driving record has a
detrimental effect on the present lengths of suspension and
effective dates of suspension.
