Petitioner received four letters from the Department of Transportation (attached) which contain notices of revocation of his operating privileges. Two of the letters are dated 3/2/95 and two of the letters are dated 3/7/95. 2. The first letter states that Petitioner's license will be suspended effective 10/28/96 for a period of five years pursuant to section 15420 of the Vehicle Code. 3. Petitioner has not had three major violations within a five-year period, thus Section 1542 does not apply. 4. Petitioner believes his official driving record contains inaccurate information as to appropriate dates and lengths of suspension. 5.
